IHPME GSU Writing Circles

The GSU Writing Circles establishes peer networks among PhD students, providing them with protected space and time to write productively and efficiently, all while creating peer camaraderie. Three hour sessions will be held bi-weekly throughout the fall semester. There will be time reserved for discussion and silent writing blocks. Discussion will be centered around personalized/individual milestones and objectives that students would like to achieve. Students can work on any form of writing and research work — dissertation, proposal, manuscript, presentation, etc.  This initiative will contribute to student progress and mental well-being.
