CQuIPS Quality Improvement Fundamentals 2-day Workshop

Join us for our foundational QI course that provides a general overview of key QI concepts and tools that prepare participants to contribute effectively to local improvement initiatives. The introductory course combines short theory bursts with interactive exercises and small group discussions to make for an engaging and effective learning experience.

  1. Choosing a QI project
  2. QI measures
  3. QI diagnostics (e.g., Fishbone diagram, process mapping, Pareto charts);
  4. Mapping interventions to root causes
  5. Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles
  6. Engagement strategy

QI Fundamentals is a virtual, two-part course. Participants must attend both sessions.
