Share Event

On behalf of MinoFest…

MinoFest is a one-day conference taking place on April 11, 2026, and will be the first event of Toronto Black Maternal Health Week, presented in collaboration with the Black Maternal Health Collective Canada. The conference brings together students, professionals, researchers, practitioners, caregivers, and community members to explore Black maternal health, reproductive justice, community care, and systems change.

MinoFest offers students a valuable opportunity to engage with leaders and organizations working across health, social services, policy, education, and community advocacy. The event includes panel discussions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities and may be of particular interest to students in health sciences, social work, public health, nursing, midwifery, medicine, education, law, policy, and related fields. In addition to conference attendance, we are currently seeking volunteers to support the planning and delivery of MinoFest 2026. Students interested in volunteering are invited to submit their resume to info@minofest.com by March 30, 2026. We are also accepting abstract submissions and vendor applications for the conference. Abstract submissions are due by March 13, 2026, and vendor submissions are due by April 7, 2026.
