Application Process

The course will be offered in three, 3-day IN PERSON modules during the 2025/26 academic year. These modules will be spaced approximately three months apart. Each module will have twenty-four classroom learning hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET. Project time and networking activities will be scheduled in the evening.

This course is assigned one full credit as a graduate program elective within the University of Toronto and will be offered on a credit/no credit basis. Faculty and mentors will assess student performance during the course based on the completion of a health system transformation project enabled by digital health tools.

Transformation Project(Required)

A key component of this course is to lead a health system transformation project, enabled by digital health tools, that drives positive system wide change. To advance this goal, we will assign students, ensuring diverse backgrounds and expertise, to a health system transformation project.
