Harry and Rose Perlstein Graduate Competition Award

Purpose

To be awarded to a full-time, domestic student enrolled in the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program (QIPS) in IHPME for a project that is being developed to improve health care services for older people with health conditions related to ‘aging’ in a long-term care or post-acute care setting. This is a merit-based award and is presented at Fall Convocation.


Eligibility Note

For QIPS students.


Submission

A two-page summary from the candidate describing a project that has the potential to improve health care services for older people with health conditions relating to aging in a long-term or post-acute setting (e.g. Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care). Eligible projects include those submitted as part of HAD3040Y/HAD3041Y.
