High needs patients in Ontario has been receiving a great deal of attention over the past year. We invite you to hear our expert panel share the latest research and evidence that can help health care leaders achieve better outcomes for these patients, given the current fiscal reality. This unique opportunity brings together leading investigators and health care leaders from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Bridgepoint, and the CEO of the Toronto Central LHIN  for what promises to be an informative and lively discussion moderated by Anne Wojtak.
