The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) is pleased to offer its semi-annual Healthy Work Environments Institute: Creating Healthy Work Environments, which will be held September 21- 25, 2015, in King City, Ontario.

The Institute is a week-long course designed for all nursing staff, health-care leaders and human resource professionals, seeking to enhance their skills in leadership, collaborative practice, conflict management, self-care, and professional practice to create a healthier workplace.

With a focus on mindfulness, resilience, and respect in the workplace, participants will have the opportunity to develop effective leadership skills, grow their understanding of self-care through focused activities, develop problem-solving skills and how to better manage workplace conflict.
