Life after getting a health informatics degree at IHPME – Dr. Emily Seto

Announcing the new IHPME Health Informatics Seminar Series!

The aim of the Seminar Series is to bring together students in all of our Health Informatics (HI) Programs (professional and research streams), alumni, faculty, and anyone else who is interested in HI, to learn about and discuss relevant topics in HI.

Each month (tentatively scheduled on a Monday between noon and 1pm), we will invite a speaker who will discuss a specific topic in HI.  Please feel free to provide suggestions on what topics you want to learn about.

We are having our first seminar session on October 24, from noon to 1pm (location to be determined).

The topic will be: “Life after getting a health informatics degree at IHPME”.  This will be a very interactive session that Dr. Emily Seto will be facilitating.  We will be discussing potential jobs after graduation, information we have on jobs alumni have landed, and how we can network after graduation.

If you aren’t already enticed to come because of the topic, there will also be a pizza lunch provided!

Register Now!

We hope to see you all on October 24!
