Five Ways to Well-Being Workshop
A large body of evidence suggests that you can improve your personal wellbeing by engaging in 5 simple, but important activities daily. In this workshop we will introduce strategies to increase your overall satisfaction and happiness, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote positive mental health.
This workshop is provided by U of T’s Health and Wellness Centre and is limited to 16 students.
