Integrated Care Rounds Speaker Series

First Event: Wednesday, June, 19^th, 2019 at Bridgepoint Hospital in the 10^th floor Auditorium.

This speaker series hosted by the Bridgepoint Collaboratory for Research and Innovation, in collaboration with International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) Canada, will feature national and international researchers and implementers studying and working at the front lines of integrated care. Each talk will have one feature speaker who will dive into leading practices of integrated care, presenting national and international research and cases that have developed innovative solutions to common challenges faced when implementing integrated care. A local expert will follow to lead a facilitated discussion, examining how content and case examples presented can be applied to the Ontario context. Following each talk we will host a networking reception so attendees can continue conversations, share stories, and build new collaborations.
