MODEL FOR IMPROVEMENT

The Institute for Health Care Improvement Open School Chapter at the University of Toronto (UT IHI) holds a monthly seminar speaker series. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to hear from our speakers:

This IPC/IPE accredited session is designed to provide an overview of Langley and Nolan’s Model for Improvement, and its realistic use in numerous clinical settings, using examples and case studies.  Application of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles is also covered.  The session includes practical tips on how to embed and effectively use measurement in your improvement projects.

Light refreshments will be provided.
