Take the Lead on Healthcare Quality Improvement Seminar Series

Measurement is an essential component of quality improvement. Data can tell you where to focus your improvement efforts, how well you’re progressing toward your goals, and can be used to engage and maintain your team’s momentum through the improvement journey!

Brigette Hales, Performance Improvement Specialist, Manager, Patient Safety & Performance Improvement will be visiting and sharing WHEN, HOW and WHAT to measure in your quality improvement work.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the importance of measurement for quality improvement
  • Select appropriate indicators to measure a quality improvement project
  • Use basic tools to present data effectively
  • Use data to make decisions, communicate, motivate and influence

For students in a health science program, you will receive a Red IPE credit for attending this seminar.

Also, a light dinner will be served.
