Dr. Abi Sriharan is an internationally recognized academic with a wealth of experience in human resources and human capital strategy in the health sector. Dr. Sriharan leads the Systems Leadership and Innovation program at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and teaches in the areas of health systems leadership, innovation, and transformation.

Prior to joining the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation, she held senior leadership roles at medical schools hospitals in Canada and the USA and served as a consultant for multinational organizations such as World Health Organization, World Federation of Neurology, Middle East Hearing Association, and the Canada International Scientific Exchange Program on issues of management, engagement, training and governance of the health workforce and health systems.
