My main focus is improving patient preparedness for Radiation Therapy treatment planning. Addressing the emotional impact of patients awaiting cancer treatment through program development. CCO Radiation Therapy Lung Site Group Lead which led the standardization of Lung imaging for Ontario. Built QI capacity within Radiation Oncology department. Provided training to health care organizations to address clinical and system level challenges. Current Board Member, Board of Directors Girls Inc.
