Kathleen Bell is a certified genetic counsellor and Manager of the Provincial Genetics Program at Ontario Health since 2021. She graduated from Western University with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Genetics in 1996 and from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling in 1999. Kathleen worked as a clinical genetic counsellor until 2016, specializing in adult and cancer genetics and was the Regional Diagnostic Assessment Program Manager at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre until 2021. Kathleen’s focus is on the development and implementation of evidence based clinical guidance and policy for genetic testing and services in Ontario.
