Celia Laur is an implementation scientist and health services researcher who applies a breadth of methodological skills across health disciplines and care settings. The aim of her research program is to enhance the science of sustainability, spread, and scale in a way that is theoretically informed and balances rigorous methods with practical application. In partnership with health system decision makers and lived experience advisors, her work engages healthcare professionals, educators, and researchers. As Scientific Lead of the Office of Spread and Scale, she uses this platform to bridge research and practice for implementation, sustainability, spread, and scale.
