Dov is a partner in Deloitte’s Canadian Life Sciences and Health Care practice. He has extensive history both as a health system executive and consultant working with governments, agencies and health systems on healthcare strategy, value-based funding, operations, performance management and supply chain. Previously, Dov served as the Vice President, Value-Based Care at Ontario Health and as the Ontario Hospital Association’s program leader for financial management. Dov received his M.Ed and MBA from the University of Toronto and completed the Value-Measurement for Healthcare program at Harvard Business School.
