Michael Dunn has over 20 years of healthcare experience focusing in the area of mental health and addictions care. Michael is passionate about quality improvement and patient safety and the use of experience-based co-design to work together with individuals and family to improve systems of care. This has led Michael to work in a variety of settings including as far away as Kathmandu, Nepal.
Michael has published work on topics including health literacy in domiciled and homeless populations and is currently involved in research exploring topics including the impacts of social media use on youth mental health.
Michael currently holds the position of Director, Health System Integration with Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene.
