Parisa Mehrfar is an experienced management consultant with extensive operational excellence knowledge gained through leading various clinical and non-clinical portfolios. A transformational health system leader with 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, enterprise change management and operational planning and management at the organizational, regional, provincial, and national level attained through cross-sectoral Canadian and international experience.
Parisa is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Parisa also holds designations as a Certified Health Executive (CHE), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Prosci Change Management.
