Lyn Sibley is the Director of Healthcare Evaluative Research at the Ontario Medical Association. She has 25 years of health services research experience in academic, clinical, and government settings. She specializes in the use of administrative data, particularly physician billing data, to answer questions about the health care system. Her research interests are focused on primary care payment models and related outcomes, as well as case-mix measures and their application in adjusting primary care capitation payments and assessing population health.
