Dr. Topolovec-Vranic is the Director, Interprofessional Practice Based Research at Unity Health Toronto and an Associate Scientist in the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute. As Director, she aims to drive the advancement of practice-based research with a view to improve patient care through knowledge discovery and translation. Her research focusses on improving health services through evidence-informed approaches to developing optimal professional models of care. Dr. Topolovec-Vranic is an accomplished researcher with more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and numerous published abstracts and conference presentations. She has been the Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on several grants with over $3 million in funding from various granting agencies.
