My research has been featured in several French newspapers and on the French radio. I also had the opportunity to give several talks in front of both practitioner and academic audiences. More recently, my work has also been featured in AOM insights. For each research project I conduct, I systematically provide a report that helps companies to use the results of my research in order to improve their day-to-day functioning.
Research Interests: My main domains of expertise are the socialization of newcomers, ethics, emotions and creativity/innovation. I have published several peer-reviewed articles in outlets such as Academy of Management Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, European Management Review and Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences and have co-authored three books.
Professional Interests: I am particularly interested in executive education and have designed customized sessions for companies like Air France and EDF. As a co-founder of Performance Lab, I am also very keen on using scientific methods in order to solve concrete managerial problems. My professional objective is to merge scientific and consulting approaches to provide the highest quality of service to companies.
