Leading Transformation: Building Adaptive Capacity Business Team Training Listening Meeting Concept

Continuous change is the norm for healthcare professionals balancing technological advances, process improvement, patient and family expectations or the need to redefine roles and structures.  To successfully lead in this environment requires a reconceptualization of leadership as an ongoing pursuit of making progress on adaptive challenges.

The goal of this program is to facilitate the building of adaptive capacity within healthcare systems by deepening the practice of developing both ourselves and others intentionally, mindfully and creatively.

Program Dates

  • Module 1: February 28 – March 1, 2019 (Thursday/Friday)
  • Module 2: March 28 – March 29, 2019 (Thursday/Friday)
