Evaluating Investment in Quality Improvement Capacity Building

This working paper was developed by researchers at the Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, and funded through contributions from IDEAS Collaborative. This work aims to stimulate a province-wide dialogue on how to evaluate and increase the return on investments in quality improvement capacity building in Ontario.
