Purpose
Awarded to a student enrolled at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, in the Graduate Department of Public Health Sciences or the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, who demonstrates academic excellence and leadership in the areas of drug policy, mental health and addictions research, and education and knowledge translation.
Submission
Candidates will submit a written statement pertaining to their outstanding academic excellence and leadership and significant contributions in the above areas. A letter of reference from a faculty member or supervisor is also required.
