Projects may be local or international in nature and for international projects, students may be given the opportunity to make their final presentations in person, based on interest and available funding.

Students will only be accepted based on their successful completion of the Consulting On-Boarding sessions which will provide them with a good understanding of consulting, communicating in teams and with c-level executives, providing definitive results in ambiguous environments, the importance of the client-consultant relationship, culture and others as outlined in the description of the on-boarding sessions.

Throughout the term, students will be required to work as a high-performance team, preparing project deliverables and helping their fellow students complete deliverables in order to ensure a successful outcome and a satisfied client. The course director will act as the PIC (Partner-in-Charge), providing advice, helping minimize risk, resolving project issues, and performing relationship management.

Note: All client work must be treated as strictly confidential and may only be discussed with the course director, team members and client staff. Students will need client approval to present material to the class at large, and the class will be bound by the same level of confidentiality.
