Description
The Systems Innovation Capstone Paper is intended to be an integrative experience in which students bring together much of the competencies and skills acquired in the Masters in Systems Innovation and Leadership. Students may build on the work from other practicum courses (HAD2040Y or HAD2010H and HAD2020H) or identify a health system issue relevant to their current or future practice setting. Each will identify a research approach suitable for the scholarly project in consultation with the course director. The student should consider their own training needs, interests, and career goals in the development of the capstone project.
