Professor Aviv Shachak’s latest book offers an in depth analysis of the ways in which information and communication technology, is changing the way health professionals receive their education or perform in the health care field. Within three sections; “the changing landscape of information and communication technology in health care,” “experiences from the field,” and “evaluation of students and programs,” Shachak and fellow editors Borycki and Reis, bring together an international cadre of authors to address key issues around health professions education in and for the digital era.
