The Boehm Lecture on Public Health and Healthcare
Transforming Health Systems Towards Universal Care
Ireland has devised a ten-year plan for health reform through political consensus, spearheaded by Steve Thomas, Director of the Centre of Health Policy and Management at Trinity College Dublin.
This high-level policy roadmap will transform the country’s two-tier structure into a universal, needs-based healthcare system.
This keynote and panel discussion will explore the components of big bang policy change and system transformation — both in Ireland and Canada — including population health, entitlements, integrated care, funding and implementation.
A networking reception will follow the lecture, including refreshments and a host bar. Join us for an enlightening evening on health system reform with some of the brightest minds in the global community.
