Pamela Chan is the Director of Operations at the Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto. She provides strategic leadership and operational oversight in governance, finance, human resources and strategic planning.
With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Pamela has led initiatives in corporate planning, governance, and quality improvement across acute, post-acute, ambulatory, and regional healthcare sectors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as Secretariat to the Greater Toronto Area Hospital Incident Command Centre, building the governance and operational infrastructure that enabled coordinated capacity management for 43 acute and post-acute care facilities.
Pamela is a Certified Healthcare Executive from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
