Shez Daya is Director of the Transformation Office at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), where she helps translate strategic vision into coordinated execution by aligning enterprise priorities, enabling organizational change, and driving measurable outcomes. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in public sector organizations, she has led large-scale digital health and transformation programs that have advanced health system performance and innovation. Ms. Daya holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Adjunct Lecturer with the University of Toronto Executive Masters of Health Informatics program.
