Pooyeh Graili, MED, MBE, MPH (specialized in Health Economics and Health Promotion), with background in public health, health policy, and management, has extensive multidisciplinary experience that encompasses more than 15 years.  She has worked with government entities, pharmaceutical industries in market access and medical affairs roles, consulting, clinical practice, academia, hospitals, and healthcare institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Her expertise in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Regulatory, Digital Health, Real-world Evidence (RWE), Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) spans various therapeutic areas. Her entrepreneurial acumen is evident from her initiative in founding Quality HTA, a consultancy where she applies her extensive knowledge and experience in HTA, Digital Health, RWE, and HEOR.

Pooyeh has disseminated her research findings and insights at numerous international medical, health economics, and HTA conferences and symposia, in addition to publishing in relevant peer-reviewed journals. Her contributions to the scientific community extend beyond her publications to include reviewing scientific abstracts for prestigious conferences like ISPOR, CAHSPR, HTAi, and CADTH, as well as scientific papers on Digital Health and RWE for peer-reviewed journals.
