Dr. Kaileah A. McKellar is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and OHT Evaluation Co-Lead with the Health System Performance Network. She has experience in performance measurement and evaluation at the local, provincial, and national levels, working in multiple sectors, including global health, cancer control, and mental health and addictions. Recently, her work is focused on evaluating and building evaluation capacity for Ontario Health Teams. Dr. McKellar’s methods expertise includes mixed and multi-methods projects, developmental, theory-based, and realist approaches.
