Sean Molloy is the Director of Quality, People-Centred Care, and Care Transitions at North York General Hospital (NYGH) in Toronto, Canada. In this role, he leads the hospital’s quality strategy and fosters a culture of people-centred care throughout the organization.
Sean holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Toronto and a Master of Design from OCAD University in Toronto. His research interests focus on how design practices can drive innovation and improvement in health systems. Over the past 15 years, Sean has led multiple design engagements, ranging from local initiatives to larger-scale health systems innovation. He is deeply committed to shaping the future of healthcare through co-design with patients, families, and the community, with a shared emphasis on population health, equity, and wellness.
