Sarah Tosoni, BA, MA, PhD, is Manager, Strategy & Transformation, Quality & Safety at the University Health Network (UHN), where she leads enterprise-wide quality and safety strategy, system-level transformation initiatives, and organizational capability-building. Her scholarly and professional work focuses on quality improvement, patient safety, health system transformation, and the ethical governance of improvement initiatives. Her research has examined patient consent preferences, the ethical use of health information in healthcare systems, and approaches to advancing quality and safety in complex care environments. Her work bridges academic scholarship and applied health system improvement, with a focus on translating evidence into practice to support safer, higher-quality healthcare.
