Angelika Gollnow

Angelika Gollnow is an Executive Leader with 20+ years of experience in Ontario’s health care system. Her achievements include building and growing new programs in complex environments, engaging senior and c-level stakeholders — through shared vision, to address multi-system challenges in healthcare. She is experienced in leading health system change by forging cross-sector strategic partnerships, designing implementation plans, and delivering on those plans.

Angelika is currently part-time staff at the Centre for Effective Practice and is responsible for government relations, strategy, partnership development, stakeholder relationship development and management. Angelika also works as an independent consultant specializing in projects related to process improvement, healthcare system structure changes, and organisational strategy, risk and alignment.

Angelika has held senior leadership positions at Cancer Care Ontario, the Ontario Palliative Care Network, the Toronto Central LHIN, Closing the Gap Healthcare, and Unity Health.
