Kristen Pitzul is the Director, Strategic Policy & Hospital-Enabled Research at the Ontario Hospital Association, where she works closely with OHA’s member hospitals and other system partners to bring an evidence-based lens to developing and implementing health policies and programs to improve Ontario’s health care system. A results-oriented systems thinker with over 15 years of experience in health care, Kristen enjoys teaching healthcare professionals the importance of understanding how statistics can help shape decision-making.
