Navigate Status-Only Adjunct Non-Budgetary Duration: Available Ranks Required Documents Expand Templates Application Process Final Steps Visiting Professor Senior Fellows Non-Budgetary Faculty who hold an academic appointment in another University of Toronto department and are on paid salary in that academic unit, may then hold a cross-appointment in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, which is non-salaried. This is considered a non-budgetary cross appointment. Clinical faculty who are employed by a hospital or research institute, as well as appointed in a clinical department, would apply for a status appointment in IHPME. Duration: The initial appointment will be for three years. The renewal appointment will be for five years. All appointments will have an end date on June 30th. The contribution is typically considered as teaching (or co-teaching) one half-course per year or equivalent. Please contact the appropriate Program Director to determine specific contributions (for instance, course title, named student) in the following areas: Teaching (teaching or co-teaching or serving as a tutor for a half-course, student supervision, student committee membership, etc.) Service (admissions committee, serve as chair in final examinations, etc.) Submit the application package using the IHPME online application.
