Registration is Now Open for the 2026 Annual CQuIPS Symposium!

Join the Centre for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (CQuIPS) on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, for the Annual CQuIPS Symposium, taking place this year at a new venue, The Conference Centre at the University of Toronto.

The Symposium brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, patient partners, and system leaders for a full day of learning, knowledge sharing, and connection focused on advancing quality improvement and patient safety. This year’s expanded program features a lineup of expert speakers and concurrent sessions addressing timely topics across the field, including equity, patient-engaged QI, primary care, collaborative change leadership, AI and large language models in healthcare, patient safety, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from a diverse range of QI and patient safety projects and research submitted by teams from across the healthcare system.
