The Summit will bring together researchers, community leaders, policymakers, public health professionals, students, and partners to share ideas and explore practical approaches to improving population health across Peel Region. This year’s program will reflect on progress to date, showcase current initiatives, and shape the next phase of the Network’s work, with a focus on diabetes and related cardiometabolic conditions.

The program includes presentations, panel discussions, research showcases, interactive sessions, and dedicated networking opportunities across research, policy, and practice.
