We are pleased to announce this year’s keynote address will be presented by Dr. Sharon Kim, Lead Faculty and the Director for Innovation & Human-Centered Design at the Carey Business School.

We will also be announcing the 2019 winner of the Louise Lemieux-Charles Health System Leadership Award.

Designing Human Centered Healthcare

Sharon Kim is Lead Faculty and the Director for Innovation & Human-Centered Design at the Carey Business School. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University. She has extensive experience studying the psychology of creativity, and her research has been featured in popular media outlets including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and Fast Company. She teaches design thinking and provides innovation consulting to leaders in Fortune 100 companies and international health NGOs.
